Suzanne Roche, a director and principal of Smartnet, has extensive experience in on-line systems. She has managed business case development and system implementation and she has significant experience in the design and adoption of on-line services gained here in Australia, as well as overseas.
Suzanne is the Chair of the Australian Industry Group’s, Digital Technologies Forum, which is one of the leading national organisations involved in Australia’s digital economy agenda. She is also a member of the Australian Industry Group’s ICT Electronics and Electrical Advisory Council.
James Kelaher, also a principal of Smartnet, has extensive experience in major government eServices programs and has contributed to the National Identity Security Strategy and the Australian Government’s Gold Standard Enrolment and eAuthentication Frameworks. James is an adviser on eServices to Australia Post, the National eHealth Transition Authority and the Republic of China.
