Recent assignments have been undertaken with the following clients by our expert personnel:
- EDS: Introducing carbon reduction strategies for government technology and outsourcing projects
- Maritime NSW: Natural resources and water legislative review, regulatory capability development, compliance, education enforcement and organisational change
- NSW Water and Energy: Rural water licence compliance strategy development and implementation, including education, stakeholder engagement and compliance activity in the Murray Darling Basin and Macquarie Marshes areas
- NSW Roads and Traffic Authority : Regulatory capability development, compliance, education enforcement and organisational change
A range of other consultation and engagement programs have also been undertaken involving scientists, academics, health professionals and consumers.
Our people have broad program review and evaluation experience and have led major program reviews in areas such as environmental management, resolution of jurisdictional issues between fisheries, environmental and resource licensing functions, and in relation to the NSW Forestry Adjustment program.
